Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within South Africa:
- Standard Shipping: 3–14 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value. Please check our store at checkout for the current threshold.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time.
